2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Sales: Purchase of e-bikes, accessories, and related products.

• Rentals: Short-term and long-term e-bike rentals.

• Financial Leasing: Flexible financing options with monthly installments.

• Maintenance Services: Quarterly maintenance at the customer’s location, available to clients with a maintenance service package.

• Insurance Coverage by third party: Available for those with an insurance package.

By using any of these services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Pricing and Payment

• VAT: All prices include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

• Payment Methods: Payments are made through invoicing and automatic incasso.

• Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available, with installment options for up to 24 months or customized agreements.

• Invoice Payment: Payments are due monthly as per the terms in the invoice. You are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
  
  

For financial leasing, all terms, including payment schedules and interest rates, will be outlined in a separate leasing agreement.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Regions: We ship only within the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Delivery Time: Delivery will be made within 14 days of receiving payment.

• Shipping Costs: Delivery is included in the purchase price.

• Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please contact us immediately.
  
  

5. Return and Cancellation Policy

• General Return Policy: We do not offer a general return policy. Returns may only be accepted if agreed upon with a sales representative and only with proof of purchase.

• Defective Products: If the e-bike or its components are defective, we will provide a replacement part or a full refund, as per the terms of the warranty.

• Return Process: In case of defective parts, we will send a replacement part with a return slip at no cost to you. If installation is required, we will arrange for a technician if you have the service package; otherwise, we will cover the costs at a local shop.

• Custom Agreements: If specific return arrangements are made with a representative, those terms will take precedence over the standard policy.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• Liability for Damages: Road Less Travelled B.V. is not liable for any third-party damage caused by the use of our products or services.

• Insurance: We offer insurance packages that cover certain types of damages as outlined in the terms of the insurance. We are not liable for damages outside the scope of the insurance coverage.
  
  

7. User Responsibilities

• Safe Use: You agree to use our e-bikes in compliance with all local traffic laws and safety regulations. This includes wearing a helmet, using the bike appropriately, and not exceeding the specified speed limits.

• Age Restrictions: Our bikes are suitable for all ages as they are designed to comply with the speed limits imposed by Dutch law.
  
  

8. Data Privacy and Marketing

• Personal Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, business details (KvK, BTW number), and payment information.

• Data Use: Your personal data is used solely for billing, marketing purposes, and customer communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., shipping).

• Marketing Emails: By becoming a customer of Road Less Travelled B.V., you consent to receiving newsletters, promotions, and other marketing emails. You can opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails or by contacting us.
  
  

9. Dispute Resolution

• Friendly Solutions: We prefer to resolve disputes amicably and encourage open communication.
